Round the Vines is back for 2026, with Martinborough’s much-loved fun run and walk taking place on Saturday 31 October.
The event is a major fundraiser for Martinborough School, with 100% of proceeds going directly back to the school and our tamariki.
There’s something for everyone, with 5km, 10km and 21km runs, plus 10km and 21km walks.
What makes Round the Vines really special is the course. Participants get the rare opportunity to run or walk through privately owned vineyards and properties not normally open to the public. Even if you know Martinborough well, you’ll experience scenery and parts of our countryside you may never have seen before.
Round the Vines is run entirely by volunteers and relies on the incredible support of our local community. We’re hugely grateful to the landowners and vineyards who open their properties for the day, and to the local businesses that support us each year.
