South Wairarapa District Council has been investing in Martinborough Pool behind the scenes to upgrade the facilities in the changing room, which will improve the safety and comfort of all pool users.
The refreshed changing rooms will be a safer and more comfortable facility for swimmers and their families thanks to a new non-slip floor surface which has been installed throughout the changing rooms. This will improve safety, especially for children, who often run between the pool and changing facilities.

The upgrade also includes plans for new roofing on both changing room buildings. These improvements are part of ongoing work by the Council to maintain and enhance community facilities, providing a better experience for pool users and supporting a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone.
