Ticket sales now open for Music Festival

Jun 2026

If you’re on the mailing list for the Martinborough Music Festival, you can now go online and book your tickets.

“Public sales don’t open until 1 July, but sales to our mailing list are now available – just go to the link in the latest MMF newsletter and choose your seats,” says Festival chair Mike Armour.

As well as the usual three-day Festival, tickets are also available for extra events featuring Festival artists that expand the four-concert weekend to a week of festivities to celebrate 10 years of the Festival.

These include a solo performance by renowned cellist Ashley Brown in the new exhibition space at the historic gallery and gardens of Rototāwai, an inspirational setting for music-making, audiences
and artists.

Internationally acclaimed guitarist Slava Grigoryan and his wife, Sharon, a double bass virtuoso, will give a special duo performance at the Tirohana Estate restaurant for those lucky enough to book for the Festival high tea.

“As well as these ticketed events, we’re delighted to be able to bring to Martinborough a number of free or koha events during the Festival week,” says Mike Armour. “Further details of these are available on our website.”

Details of all the Festival events are on the website — mmf.nz — where you can also request to go on the mailing list. Public sales start on 1 July.
