Martinborough Community Board ?

November 4, 2011 November 2011 No Comments

At our last meeting we had Catherine Rossiter-Stead from Kuranui College come and speak to us in the Public Participation section. Catherine is very passionate about Kuranui College strengthening their relationship within our Community, this can be done in many ways through local primary schools, businesses and the community. We look forward to being part of the community approach and seeing students benefiting from this initiative.

On the 24th November there is a public meeting to discuss the future of our Town Hall. It is very important to hear all the options available and we strongly recommend that you attend. Being well informed will make voting for the best option a lot easier. Remember the Town Hall will be 100 in 2012.

What do you think we need in Martinborough. We look forward to hearing your ideas and ways that we can make our town and the surrounding district better for everyone. Some ideas we may be able to put in place immediately and some might take a little longer, but it is important to have your thoughts and ideas.

If you would like to contact any Community Board member, please do not hesitate to give us a call. Heather 3069420, Jo 3069240, Adi 3069064 and Pam 3069503. We would love to hear from you. ?
