Honeyed greens
Six cups of cut up assorted green vegetables – sliced courgettes, celery, broccoli, leeks, asparagus, cabbage, cauliflower, green pepper, bean sprouts, etc.
Steam vegetables 8 to 10 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp.
Drain and pour hot dressing over and serve.
Dressing
2 tbsp honey.
2 tbsp vinegar.
1tbsp oil.
1 tsp soy sauce.
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger or 1 clove of finely chopped garlic.
Mix all ingredients together and gently heat until the honey has melted.
