In our October issue the Tora Collective team secured a Quality Food Mark and they were about to attend the awards night in Auckland as a finalist in the Artisan primary & chilled/frozen categories for their wild, caught to order crayfish.
They did us proud again by being selected as the Gold Quality Mark winner for the Primary Sector category at the New Zealand Food Awards.
