South Wairarapa’s Martinborough and Greytown Community Boards are now inviting applications for their 2025-26 funding rounds, with the Featherston Board and Māori Partnership Committee to open soon. Funding is available for local projects, groups, marae, and individuals working to benefit communities across the district.
Each board has around $20,000 to allocate this financial year (until 31 June 2026), and they’re looking for initiatives that have community backing and align with one or more of Council’s impact outcomes – social, cultural, economic or environmental.
Key dates for the 2025-26 funding rounds are
now available:
- Martinborough and Greytown Community Boards: Fund open 23 February – 5 April 2026
- Featherston Community Board: Fund open 30 March – 3 May 2026
- Māori Partnership Committee: The open date will be announced at the Committee’s inaugural meeting on 10 March
