At Heartland Services, we’re proud to be part of the vibrant Martinborough community – offering a wide range of support, advice, and learning opportunities for all ages. But we know there’s always more we can do, and that’s where you come in.
We’re running a short community survey to better understand what services matter most to you, and what gaps we might be able to fill. Whether you’ve popped in for IRD help, joined us for an Age Concern morning tea, or attended a Te Reo Tamariki session – your voice can help shape what we offer here. Here’s a snapshot of what is currently available at Heartlands:
IRD Drop-In Support – help with tax queries and forms
Autism NZ Drop-In – advice and resources for families and individuals
Age Concern Morning Tea – social connection and support for older adults
Te Reo Tamariki – fun and engaging Māori language sessions for kids
MSD Superannuation Advice – guidance for those approaching or receiving retirement income
U3A (University of the Third Age) – lifelong learning for retirees
BFC Financial Mentorship – one-on-one support to help manage money and plan ahead
Adult Courses – waiata, crochet, digital literacy and more
Knit and Natter – social crafting circle
