Generous financial support from a Martinborough couple is enabling The Martinborough Star community newspaper to launch a whole new online experience for readers.
Thanks to Susan Mudford and her late husband Ashley, The Star’s new online format will have easy-to-read design, which will support the reader to access individual articles, as well as view and read digital pdf files of each issue.
“It will be like having the paper on screen and turning its pages by simply tapping a key – effortless and tree-saving (non-printed) access compared with the printed copy,” editor Ray Lilley noted.
The new online format will also enable readers to search for articles by subject and/or search through back issues/editions and previous months’ articles.
How? As easy as going to “Latest news” and selecting the month you want to look at.
The printed edition and its distribution will continue as at present.
