Autumn Mini Market

First Church Hall, Weld Street, Martinborough
We will have Baking, Books, China, Children’s, Clothing, Crafts, Furniture, Homeware, Jewellery, Plants, Produce and Raffle stalls.
Along with this we will have Car Boot sale sites available on a First in First Served basis. If you would like to book your car boot spot, or donate items for sale, then please contact either Graham Howie 0274474082 or Ronnie Hawkins on 06 3069277. There is a poster elsewhere in the Star and also around town.
Each Sunday we are holding our café style services in the Church Hall. We meet informally at 9.45am for a cup of tea or coffee and at 10am start our service. All are very welcome to come along.
Now is the season of Lent, starting on Ash Wednesday the 2nd March until Easter and we are following the story of Jesus to the end of his life as told in the Gospel of Luke. Our Easter Sunday service will take place on April 17th.
There are three elements that are almost always part of Lent: prayer, giving something up and giving something back.
