Watermelon bites

Ingredients

2 cups watermelon cubes,

250gr cold smoked salmon, sliced

150gr Camembert cheese – or cheese of your choice

½ cup fresh mint leaves

toothpicks

Method

It is important to keep melon and salmon cold

Cut cheese into thin slices and stack on top of melon cubes

Wind a salmon slice around each cube.

Place a mint leaf on top and secure with toothpick

Serve chilled with champagne or white wine
