WW1 Concerts

Two Sunday afternoon concerts featuring WW1 songs and music will be held at Featherston’s ANZAC Hall in The first on Sunday 10 Apr @ 2pm features a 3 piece Trio.  
who will perform 5 more of the wonderful NZ WW1 songs from  the Exhibition currently on display in the ANZAC Hall. Plus 5 other beautiful NZ WW1 songs that deserve to be heard!  
This concert uses 2 soloists – Roger Wilson and Linden Loader
– and some of the songs will be accompanied by the trio and others by solo piano.  
The narrator will tell the moving stories behind the songs and give a guided tour of the Exhibition.


 
The second on Sunday 24 Apr @ 2pm features the 3 piece Trio.  
who will perform the 5 remaining wonderful NZ WW1 songs from 
the Exhibition, plus 5 more beautiful NZ WW1 songs that deserve 
to be heard!  This concert uses 2 soloists – including Lydia 
McDonnell – and some of the songs will be accompanied by the 
trio and others by solo piano.  Again the narrator tell the
moving stories behind the songs and give a guided tour of
the Exhibition.
