The Christmas Parade and Carols in the square were another great success, with perfect weather and a great turn out we couldn’t have asked for a better night. This year the Business House Carols competition was again taken out by Martinborough Hotel performing “Snoppy’s Christmas”, also a big thank you to the other businesses that entered the competition.
This event wouldn’t be possible without the help of our generous community, a very big thank you to Kay Mill’s for once again organising the parade as it wouldn’t be possible without you. Steve Lewis for putting together the Carols in the Square, our fantastic local band Short Circuit for providing us with the music alongside our MADCAPS singers. Malcolm from The Old Manse and Serena Daysh from Enchanted Entertainment (serena@enchantedentertainment.co.nz) performing as Elsa.
