Martinborough’s resident swallows have returned after a winter break. They have refurbished last season’s little high-rise apartment with new cladding in a fashionable darker shade and their new family will be hatching soon! I guess they spilled the beans about our town being such a sought-after location because they have neighbours just round the corner. Of course this could be their teenage kids wanting to stay nearby – mum and dad can be useful at times. Maybe the two families have ‘tweeted’ their appreciation to the landlord? I hope so.
