This last two months has been busy and it was great so see some new mums come to our Plunket talks, the SKIP series, “Moving on from Nappies ” was a success and we hope to have more of them for you in the near future so we will keep you posted.
On a fund raising note we have had posters around town advertising the UCOL build. Last weekend was our auction of this house built by UCOL and the profits from the sale will be shared between Wairarapa Plunket and The Life flight Trust. (I’m writing this at the time of going to press so the auction hasn’t happened, but by the time you read this we would have had the auction ..if that makes sense!).
Lastly, put a note in your diaries for our AGM – Thursday 21st November at 7.30pm, at the Martinborough Hotel Bar and Grill in the cocktail lounge, we’d love to see some fresh new faces. We’ll put on some yummies and all chill out and relax a bit before we get on to the nitty gritty committee stuff, so you can come along and see how things work.
