After postponing the Fashion Show due to the flooding and consequent road closures on July 12, around 75 women came along on July 19 and had a really enjoyable night. Fiona Shanahan from Wellington@Heart gave a brief outline of the organisation and how they support children and families of children born with heart problems. Six lovely models paraded a variety of clothing from Ballentynes Masterton, including some from their new summer range just in store.
The dessert supper was a real hit and raffles and spot prizes added to the fun.
As a result of this evening RWNZ will be making a healthy donation to Wellington@Heart.
